Agenda

We like short weeks!!! For this holiday week, I have the 4th and 5th off. We plan to head to back home Wednesday morning for my nephew's FIRST birthday party! Then we plan to stay the night at my parents' in the quiet country following by a morning with my in-laws before heading back to the city on Thursday. And working Friday...but I really love my new job!

I am in the midst of party planning for Little A as she celebrates her golden birthday in August, so we're planning a big birthday bash this year. Pinterest is amazing for party planning! Little A is also scheduled for her Kindergarten physical and testing next week. She misses the new July 31 age five rule by five days, so we are required to test her before being okayed to attend Kindergarten. Unfortunately, we probably won't know if she gets in until the first of August. It's a very strange feeling of not knowing what the fall looks like for her. I'm having mixed feelings on whether or not to send her at this young age (darn summer birthdays!), but she is sooo ready. We shall see!

The hubby and I are all signed up!! Two summer races to look forward to include the Cornhusker State Games Energy 5K run on July 21 and the NSC Mud Run 10K on August 25. Stay tuned!
