It started with a late night online posting of our home FSBO. Chris was sound asleep on the couch next to me as this was all going down. I am determined to find a bigger house!
The first phone call came 15 hours after posting the sale online, the first showing came 4 hours after the call and the verbal offer came 2 hours after the showing.
And we didn't even get the sign in the yard! So it's going back to the store. Or will that jinx this process we've started?
This morning the prospective buyers stopped by to sign offer papers. Surely, this is too good to be true! It was an interesting process considering neither parties knew anything about what they were doing. Monday morning we will meet the title company to see how much of the paperwork got messed up.
My head is spinning!! Yikes.
