KC! KC!! KC!!!

As soon as Halloween wrapped up, our much-anticipated, annual trip to KC was underway! This is a weekend that we look forward to for two main reasons...a kid-free/quiet weekend AND we get to add another mark to our blissful years of marriage tally. This year was even more exciting to have a weekend to not think about or do house projects. Going back to the same place might sound boring, but we always find something new to do!

This year we toured the Boulev@ard Brewery for the first time. It's a free tour, but get in line early to reserve your tickets because those tours fill quickly. We visited the art museum again which featured new exhibits since we were there last year. Then we ran into one of my Missouri cousins and her family who were also doing the mini vacation thing. So fun to see them! It's been too long.

We ate at the Th@i Place in Westport. A-mazing food!!! Highly recommended and good prices. Definitely a repeat visit to the restaurant is in order.

Can't wait for next fall, babe!! Happy anniversary to a super guy. Couldn't ask for anyone better. :)
