2nd Birthday

Little A turned two last week. It was fun this year since she kind of gets what's going on a bit. She kept saying "happy birthday" all day and will tell you how old when asked. She says it with such enthusiasm, "TWO!!" So cute. What a challenging but fun age! She constantly makes us laugh - either out loud or otherwise. Being that her birthday landed on a Wednesday, we had a small immediate family "party" which was nice. It was the last day of a week-long vacation for me, so I was able to be home with the girls all day. After having been put through an excruciating doctor exam with immunizations, she picked out a small cake at the store with much excitement. Next, we tried the picture thing (refer to previous blog), went out to eat at Noodles & Co. and back home for cake and gift opening.
