FOURTH GRADE

Today is the first day of school here in Lincoln. BOTH of my big 'kids' start their first day of 4th grade at Kooser Elementary, Lincoln's newest elementary school. Can you imagine being part of opening a new school and being among the first children in attendance?! As Big A begins the school year as a student of 4th grade, my beloved begins the year as a teacher of 4th grade. I would be much more worried about my little girl today, but I know she is in great hands and has the company of her amazing dad to get her through the day. Who could ask for more? I pray that Alexis truly enjoys her time this school year and makes a bunch of new friends - I know she will. Love you both!!
